This shall not be considered the primary source of communication and to be sure your message is received by the recipient, the sender shall also send any messages to The Milligan Law Firm, APC via email and/or phone call. The sender should not assume the SMS message has been or will be read in a timely fashion, especially in cases of urgent or time-sensitive matters, and, again, should follow up via email and/or phone call.

The Firm does not monitor website inquiries, email communications, or SMS messages on a continuous basis. Do not rely upon website submissions, email communications, or SMS messages to meet court deadlines or address emergencies. If your matter is urgent, please contact The Firm directly by telephone.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
